■仕事内容
取引先企業の建設工事現場において、CADオペレータとして設計業務に携わっていただきます。
■勤務地について
主に東京都内、神奈川県内
ほとんどの派遣先が東京山手線内やその周辺、横浜みなとみらい周辺です。

■ Job Responsibilities
You will be involved in design-related tasks as a CAD Operator in construction projects in Japan operated by our client companies.
■ Work Location
Primarily within Tokyo and Kanagawa Prefecture.
Most assignment locations are within or around the Tokyo "Yamanote Line" area and the Yokohama "Minato Mirai" area.

■必須要件
・建築系学科の大学または専門学校卒業
・自国または日本でのCADオペレーターでの実務経験
・日本語能力試験N3以上
■歓迎要件
・CADソフト「Revit」 の実務経験（Tfas、Rebroも可）
・空調設備、給排水衛生設備の設計経験

■ Required Qualifications
・Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Architecture or a related field
・Practical work experience as a CAD Operator in your home country or in Japan
・Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) N3 level or higher
■ Preferred Qualifications
・Practical experience using Revit (Tfas or Rebro experience is also welcomed)
・Design experience in HVAC systems and plumbing/sanitary equipment systems
■給与・待遇
月給24万円～45万円※経験者応相談
時間外手当は別途全額支給
無期雇用派遣（正社員としての雇用）
■勤務時間
基本的には8:00～17:00の勤務
実働時間：8時間/日、休憩1時間/日
ただし、案件、現場により異なる場合があります。
